to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to
be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people
for works of service, so that the body of Christ may
be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and
in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature,
attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”
(Ephesians 4:11-13)
Equipping at Cornerstone Church takes place in a variety
of ways and in a variety of contexts within the life
of the church. One-on-one mentoring and discipleship,
small groups, classes, retreats, and large group activities
are planned throughout the year, separately, and as
a part of other ministries.
Cornerstone Church desires all believers to continue
growing in relationship with Christ and with others,
and to become more effective in serving God by using
the gift He has given them. Toward this end, we are
continually developing several equipping “pathways.”
