CHILDREN (D6 FAMILIES)

serve on a rotating schedule twice/month during weekend
services on Saturday or Sunday
<< D6 Weekend: serve as a teacher during a worship service
for pre-K through 2nd grade children
<< Summer Program Chaperones: travel with children
on day trips

Ministry: lead Bible studies, assist in preparation

OUTREACH/SUPPORT MINISTRIES
<< International
Friendship Connection (IFC): serve as a conversational English partner, small group Bible study leader, small group host, or special event planner/host
<< Benevolence:
join a team to respond to special needs of the Cornerstone
family, evaluating and teaching financial management
skills as needed
<< Connection Group Babysitters: join a Cornerstone
family weekly to care for their children as they participate
in a Connection Group
<< Refreshment Hosts: join a team to coordinate,
prepare and serve refreshments at a variety of events
<< Kitchen Oversight and Staffing: assist in the
kitchen facilities
<< Gym Activity Assistant: assist with scheduling,
set up and clean up in the gym
<< Wedding Representatives: act as Cornerstone's
informational representative for weddings
WORSHIP CENTER SUPPORT
<< Info Central: direct people and answer questions
before and after each service
<< Foyer Host: greet new people entering the building,
offering to give them information and/or a tour
<< Greeter: welcome visitors to Cornerstone before
each service
<< Usher: direct and seat people and minimize
disturbances during services
<< Welcome Host: interact with visitors who come
to the Welcome Center after the service
<< Traffic Director: direct traffic as people
enter and exit before and after services
<< Resource Center: produce and sell materials
including books, CDs and tapes
<< Communion: prepare communion elements, serve
during services and clean up after services
<< Baptism Assistants: set up baptistry, serve
during baptisms, clean up after baptisms
<< Coffee Bar: serve as barista, pick up food
and necessary supplies, stock beverage machines
<< Facility Maintenance: assist with interior
and exterior maintenance
<< Gardening: maintain existing garden beds and
plant new areas as needed
OFFICE SUPPORT
<< Receptionist Assistant: answer phones and greet
visitors to the Cornerstone offices
<< Copier: photocopy, collate, assemble notebooks
and prepare large mailings
<< Weekend Service Programs: photocopy programs
and fold on automatic folder
<< Data Entry: enter directory data and questionnaires
as needed
<< Follow-Up: phone and send letters with requested
information to visitors in response to guest panels
<< Member Care: send birthday cards, prepare meals
for recovering members
