D6 Volunteers

The success of our children's
ministry depends on our great team of volunteers! From
junior high students to grandparents, our teachers and
helpers serve the children of Cornerstone each week.
Whatever gifts, talents and abilities God has given
you, we have a place to put them to work in children's
ministry!
D6 BEGINNINGS | Wednesdays and Weekend Services
Eighty volunteers are needed each weekend to staff our D6 Beginnings preschool
classes. Working alongside our parent "planters,"
volunteers serve on a rotating schedule working two
weekends out of every month.
D6 WEEKEND | Each Weekend Service
Volunteers serving at D6 Weekend serve on a team
along with two or three other teachers every other week.
Teachers will follow an exciting curriculum which leads
pre-kindergarten through second grade children through an
Old Testament journey of discovery about God and His
love for them.
D6 FAMILIES | Wednesdays at 6:30p
Teachers and helpers in D6 Basics work with kids during their age-appropriate Bible studies from 6:30p to 7:30p while parents meet in the Foyer.
At 7:30p, both parents and children gather in the Auditorium for the D6 Gathering (music, dance, drama and teaching from the Word).
SPECIAL EVENTS
From a week of VBS or children's camp to day trip chaperones,
volunteers are needed each summer for special events
within children's ministry. Look for opportunities to
serve each week in the weekend worship program!
